the staff were outstandingly accommodating and that's why i would recomand it. brand-new hotel in an absolutely perfect place. you could walk to a convenience shop and a market. welcoming service within 30 km of the airport.

Dismissive staff and the room was modern looking, very lovely experience. Ideal location, within walking distance of Temple of the Jade Mountain. The staff created a quiet atmosphere. The lobby bar was fantastic and the drinks were hot.

The breakfast was very tasty there, the beds were fine, all you need for a delightful stay. Hotel was extremely clean. The location was top, at a near distance from hoan kiem lake. New property, had a really ADMIRABLE service. Besides, the property had free Wi-Fi.

The staff was very welcoming, the beds were so so comfy, and the breakfast was adequate. There was a small restaurant, a market and the shops next door. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like noodle & roll that was only 5 minutes' walk away...
